OVER 100 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

The North Sea air, which contains an unusually high amount of iodine, and the lush marshland meadows also shape the climate of the Eiderstedt peninsular.
This is the location of the Witzwort community, where NordseeMilcheG has been based for over 100 years – that’s over 100 years of experience and knowledge that we can tap into for our customers.

STRICT QUALITY STANDARDS IN ALL AREAS

As a modern production facility, NordseeMilch eG fulfils a number of demanding criteria when processing the milk, ensuring consistent product quality and adhering to strict food and hygiene regulations.

To be able to operate successfully, highly technical machinery and a well-trained team are both essential. Every day, the NordseeMilch eG dairy processes approx. 420,000 litres of milk to create delicious products.

The existing quality of the products and the drive to continuously improve form the basis of our quality policy. This includes quality within all areas of our company: from receipt of the raw material to production and shipment.

Our quality management system is certified by external, independent auditing organisations in accordance with international standards (IFS). We document our activities internally and externally and guarantee our customers consistently high quality that they can taste every day.

OUTSTANDING QUALITY

Some of our dairy products are entered into the annual quality competition by the Deutsche Landwirtschaftsgesellschaft e.V. (DLG) [German Agricultural Society]. Each product is subject to extensive laboratory analysis, declaration checks and sensor tests. Our products regularly win awards from the DLG; some products have done so for over 25 years in a row. Buying our products brings with it the reassurance of investing in top quality.
